Looking forward to the outcome. Was so excited last year for the chance at some form of Hope. Then it didn’t happen, for no reason at all. Now, here we go again. It’s time the Government is by-the-people, for-the-people! The people need this,

It was postponed until this session, which started on 1/12. There is a press conference today, rescheduled from yesterday due to weather. No word on the vote yet, but Senator Tom Davis was assured it would be brought forth early on in this session which ends in May.

Bad winter weather (snow/ice) in the SC Upstate caused the 1-day delay. Follow the link below to see PROOF a bill legalizing cannabis for approved patients has already PASSED! Few know this, but it’s TRUE! The “South Carolina Controlled Substances Therapeutic Research Act of 1980” was signed into law by SC Governor Richard Riley on 2/28/80.

To follow the link above, you would click on my name “Bob” above. The sad part of this 1980 bill that passed BOTH houses of the South Carolina General Assembly and was signed into law by Democratic SC Governor Richard W. Riley is not ONE patient was ever helped! Clearly, this “moral debate” was over 40+ years ago.
